2) Lead acid battery short circuit testing machine

Automatic Short Circuit Tester provides a unique method for the detection of assembly-level insulation defects in lead-acid batteries, including missing and damaged separators before ICW, and also checks the quality of welding after ICW. The unit is easily adjusted and batteries are positioned, clamped, tested, and released in a fully automatic sequence.
3) Battery moulding leak tester

Automatic Top Cover Leakage Testing Machine
- Application: Used for testing top cover leakage for the 12V32Ah-200Ah battery.
- Operation: The battery will be positioned automatically by the photoelectric sensor; then the test jig will descend and blow air into the battery to test leakage. If unqualified, the machine will send out an alarm signal and reject the battery. If qualified, the battery will be conveyed to the next work process.
- Feature: High testing accuracy, PLC control, safety, and reliability, it adopts an imported pressure sensor, with high resolution. Both testing time and pressure difference are adjustable.

4) Battery HV Testing machine

- The High Voltage Test machines verify the leakage of batteries with a high-voltage check.
- The battery arrives at the machine through the conveyor and stops in the test place.
- The electrical test device executes the controls and checks the battery. So, the positive electrode of the testing unit connects to one of the terminals of the battery. Then, the negative one goes around the sealing line of the battery cover to the battery box and on the bottom of the battery box. Finally, the test device uses high voltage to perform the analysis.
- If happen an electric potential between the electrodes, it indicates a battery leakage. The leakage point can be shown.

5) Power tool endurance test bench

The Endurance test bench has been built for testing power tools for their quality in the assembly line and endurance lifetime. This test bench has been built for 100% to test its performance. The test bench is PLC-based and is used for conducting the following tests on the power tool.
- No load test
- Load test
In the no-load test, the tool idle runs for a time period of T1, and no load is applied. Monitor only voltage, current, power, and RPM.
In the load-test, the load is gradually increased to a set level and is applied to the tool for a time period of T2. During this time monitor voltage, current, RPM, and maintain the load power with respect to the selected program.
6) High Voltage HV and Insulation Resistance IR test bench

The HV and IR test bench has been built for testing power tool for its quality in the assembly line product. The test bench has been built for 100% test plan and is limited to the use for testing similar power tool in his production lines. The test bench is a PLC based and is used for conducting the following tests on the power tool.
